Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of withaly.ai and any private preview or early-access version of Aly made available to you.
1. Early-access service
Aly is currently offered on a limited, invitation-based basis. Features may change, be unavailable, or operate differently as the product develops.
2. Your accounts and authorizations
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect any account, inbox, calendar, file repository or other data source to Aly. You may revoke those connections at any time through the relevant provider or Aly controls made available to you.
3. Human approval and responsibility
Aly may prepare drafts, recommendations and proposed actions. Unless explicitly enabled under a separate written arrangement, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving external communications and consequential actions before they are executed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Aly to violate law, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, send unlawful or abusive communications, or introduce malicious code or content.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Early-access functionality may be changed, suspended or discontinued.
6. Intellectual property
Aly, its software, product design, branding and related materials are owned by Aly or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Aly's technology or intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
Aly is a productivity and executive-operations tool. It is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, early-access services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the early-access service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
